License Key:

- The professional version license is valid for one year and is a one-time payment. Renewals before expiration are eligible for discounts.
- After purchasing online via credit card, the system will automatically send the license key to the registered email address. Please ensure that your email is entered correctly, as incorrect emails cannot be corrected later. Pay special attention to this.
- One license key authorizes use on one computer. To use on multiple computers, you must purchase additional license keys.
- When purchasing this software, you may choose to donate the invoice to the Genesis Social Welfare Foundation , supporting care for vegetative patients. Donate more invoices to contribute to a warmer society.
Invoice:
- After completing your purchase, an electronic invoice will be sent via email to the address you provided within seven days (delayed if on public holidays). The invoice issue date cannot be specified.
- If you haven't received the electronic invoice after seven days, please check your spam folder, as it may have been mistakenly classified as spam.
- If you do not receive the invoice notification email, please contact us, and we will resend it.
- Due to the automated nature of the invoicing system, invoice details cannot be changed once the order is placed. Only one invoice can be issued per order.
- For corporate (three-part) invoices, a PDF file will be attached to the email for download and printing for reimbursement purposes.
License Key Retrieval:
- If you forget or lose your license key, you can retrieve it by entering the phone number and email you used at the time of purchase on the License Key Retrieval Page. The system will automatically send the license key to your email. If you don’t receive the email, remember to check your spam folder.

Deactivation for Transfer:
- If you change computers, you can use the Deactivation for Transfer Page to enter your registered email and license key. The system will automatically deactivate the license on the current computer, allowing you to activate it on another computer.

Differences Between Free and Professional Versions:
- The installation software for both the free and professional versions is the same. You simply need to enter a license key in the free version to unlock the full features of the professional version.
- When launching the software, the free version displays ads, while the professional version does not.
- The free version has daily usage limits, whereas the professional version has no execution limits.

Internet Requirements:
- This software can be used worldwide, not limited to Taiwan. It can also be used in mainland China, but make sure you can connect to the desired websites. If issues arise, we recommend using a VPN.
